Xarazo is built for sharing genuine memories from real events. This Acceptable Use Policy defines what you can and cannot do on our platform. By using Xarazo, you agree to these rules.
Prohibited Content
You must not upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Is sexually explicit or NSFW — no nudity, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
- Involves minors inappropriately — no content that sexualises, exploits, or harms children in any way
- Is illegal — no content that violates applicable law, including laws relating to copyright, defamation, privacy, or data protection
- Is harmful or dangerous — no content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Is harassing or abusive — no content designed to intimidate, bully, threaten, or harass individuals
- Violates privacy — no content shared without the consent of those depicted, particularly in private or sensitive contexts
- Is deceptive or fraudulent — no impersonation, false event creation, or misuse of the platform
- Is spam — no repeated, unwanted, or automated content submissions
- Contains malware or harmful code — no files designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems
Prohibited Actions
You must not:
- Attempt to circumvent or compromise Xarazo's security
- Access event galleries without authorisation
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from Xarazo using automated tools
- Create events with false or misleading information
- Use Xarazo to distribute links to external harmful content
- Engage in any activity that places excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Enforcement
Xarazo reserves the right to:
- Remove content that violates this policy without prior notice
- Disable or terminate access to events or the platform for violations
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with legal proceedings related to platform misuse
We aim to act proportionately. Accidental minor violations will generally result in content removal. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent bans.

No Endorsement
Xarazo does not endorse or take responsibility for content uploaded by users. Hosts are responsible for the content uploaded to their events.
