Last updated: April 2026. Creating an event means accepting these responsibilities.
When you create an event on Xarazo, you become an event host. This agreement defines your responsibilities, your rights, and the obligations you accept when using Xarazo to host a photo-sharing event.
As a host, you are the operator of your event gallery. You control who has access (by sharing or withholding the event link), and you are responsible for the content that ends up in your gallery. Xarazo provides the technology; you operate the event.
Event creation requires a one-time payment. You agree to pay the applicable event fee at the time of creation. Payments are processed by Stripe. Failure to complete payment will prevent event activation.
See our Payment Policy for details on the payment hold model.
Your guests may provide their name and optionally their email address when uploading photos. As the event host:
If your event is used to host content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms, Xarazo may:
In the event of disabling due to your own violation, no payment reversal will be issued.
Your event link functions as an access token. If your link is shared publicly or broadly (e.g., on social media), anyone can upload photos. Xarazo is not responsible for unwanted uploads resulting from link misuse. If your link is compromised, contact us and we can explore options to limit further uploads.
You are an independent user of the Xarazo platform. This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Xarazo.
