Content License Agreement

When you upload photos to Xarazo, you keep full ownership of your content. This agreement explains the limited rights you grant Xarazo to operate the service, and what we explicitly do not do with your photos.

✅ What Xarazo CAN do

Display your photos in the event gallery
Generate compressed thumbnails for faster gallery loading
Store photos on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure for the 90-day retention period
Include photos in the slideshow / After-Party Reel feature
Send photos to the email address you provide (guest email delivery)
Include photo counts and gallery stats in host analytics emails

❌ What Xarazo CANNOT do

Sell your photos to any third party
Share your photos outside your event gallery without your consent
Use your photos for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes
Train AI/ML models on your photos
Transfer your photos to any third party other than cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare)
Retain your photos beyond the 90-day window (see Data Retention Policy)

The License You Grant

By uploading photos to Xarazo, you grant Xarazo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

Store your photos on our infrastructure
Reproduce and display your photos within the event gallery for the duration of the event and the 90-day retention period
Generate and display thumbnails and compressed versions of your photos for performance purposes
Transmit your photos to users of the event gallery (i.e., other guests and the host)

This licence is automatically revoked when your photos are deleted at the end of the 90-day retention period or upon an early deletion request.

Your Ownership

You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in your photos. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of your photos to Xarazo.

Your Responsibility

By uploading photos, you represent that:

You own or have permission to share the photos
The photos do not infringe the copyright or privacy rights of any third party
You have consent from identifiable individuals in the photos (where required by applicable law)

Removing Your Photos

Photos are automatically deleted after 90 days. For early deletion, see our Data Retention & Deletion Policy. For content removal due to copyright concerns, see our DMCA Policy.
