Xarazo is a photo-sharing platform for events. We respect intellectual property rights and take content violations seriously. If you believe a photo in a Xarazo gallery was uploaded without your consent or violates your copyright, you can request its removal using the procedure below.
Quick contact: To report a photo immediately, use our contact page and include the event gallery URL and a description of the photo(s) in question. We respond within 48 hours.
What You Can Report
- A photo in which you appear, uploaded without your consent
- A photo you took or own, uploaded by someone else without permission
- Any content that infringes your copyright
- Content that violates your right to privacy or image
How to Submit a Takedown Request
To submit a valid takedown notice, please send us the following via our contact page:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the photo(s) you own or the content being infringed
- Location of the infringing content — provide the URL to the Xarazo event gallery and any identifiable detail about the specific photo(s)
- Your contact information — your full name, email address, and country of residence
- A statement of good faith — confirm that you believe the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement of accuracy — confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, Xarazo will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
- Review the request and remove or disable access to the identified content if valid
- Notify the event host that content has been removed
- Retain records of all takedown requests for compliance purposes
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice via our contact page. Include your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a good-faith statement explaining why the removal was incorrect.
Repeat Infringers
Xarazo will terminate access for repeat infringers at its discretion.
Abuse of This Process
Knowingly misrepresenting that content infringes your copyright is unlawful. We reserve the right to seek remedies against parties who abuse this process.
