Welcome to Xarazo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xarazo platform, accessible at xarazo.app and related URLs. By accessing or using Xarazo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Xarazo is a photo-sharing platform for events. Hosts create an event gallery (a unique shareable link); guests upload photos directly to that gallery. No account creation is required to use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Xarazo. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their event participants are aware of and comply with these Terms.
Xarazo does not require user accounts. Hosts are identified by their email address at event creation. Guests upload photos without creating accounts. You are responsible for keeping your event link confidential — anyone with the link can upload photos to that event.

By uploading photos to Xarazo, you represent that:
Xarazo applies client-side compression before uploading to reduce file size. You retain full ownership of your photos. See our Content License Agreement for details on how we use your content.
All uploaded photos are stored on Xarazo's infrastructure for 90 days from the event date. After 90 days, photos are permanently deleted. Xarazo does not archive or retain copies after deletion. If you wish to preserve your photos permanently, download them before the 90-day period expires.

You agree not to use Xarazo to upload, share, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Full prohibited uses are listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend access for violations without notice.
Event creation requires a one-time payment processed via Stripe. Payments are subject to our Payment Policy. Xarazo does not store your payment card details; all payment processing is handled by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details.
Xarazo's platform, branding, design, and underlying code are owned by Xarazo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Xarazo's platform or branding without written permission.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. See our Content License Agreement for the limited license you grant us to display and process your photos.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Xarazo, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Xarazo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the permanent preservation of any photos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xarazo's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Xarazo in the 12 months preceding the claim. Xarazo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Xarazo harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll note the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Xarazo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We respect applicable data protection rights including GDPR (see GDPR Compliance Notice) and comply with regional data protection regulations where applicable.
